Fly Fishing In Berkshire
Enjoy a spot of fly fishing in Berkshire. The country is home to two of the best trout fly fishing rivers in southern England: the well-known chalkstream the River Kennet and the River Lambourn. The Dundas Arms is fortunate to have access to private beats on both rivers.
Fishing expert Simon Cooper from Fishing Breaks has put together a fantastic fishing package, for single anglers and upwards, with or without tackle hire. We advise organising your fishing when you book your room.
Fishing Guides and Instructors
New to the area? Hire a fishing guide to show you the best spots. Benefit from expert instruction and access to private beats. Guides and instructors will also provide a full set of tackle and flies, plus transportation as part of the daily rate.
Fishing Breaks will arrange local transportation if required. The nearest beat is within walking distance, the furthest 7 miles.
Cook the Catch
Our chef will be delighted to prepare your fish for dinner (a charge of £13 will occur) or we will store your catch in the freezer overnight.
